Feedcoyote Child Safety Standards

Feedcoyote, Inc. ("Feedcoyote," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, with a particular focus on protecting children. These Child Safety Standards outline our zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and our commitment to maintaining a platform that is safe for everyone.

These standards apply to all users of the Feedcoyote platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Feedcoyote explicitly and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our Platform. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content Prohibition: Any content that depicts, describes, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any sexual activity involving minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Behavior Prohibition: Any behavior, communication, or activity that seeks to exploit, groom, or harm children in any way is strictly prohibited.
  • Distribution Prohibition: Sharing, distributing, uploading, downloading, or transmitting any material related to CSAE is strictly prohibited.
  • Contact Prohibition: Any attempt to contact, communicate with, or arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Commercial Prohibition: Any commercial activity, transaction, or exchange involving CSAE-related content or activities is strictly prohibited.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior on the Feedcoyote Platform that violates these Child Safety Standards or involves CSAE, you must report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

To report a violation, please contact us at: support@feedcoyote.com or use our in-platform reporting tools. In cases involving immediate danger to a child, please also contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately.

Enforcement Actions

Feedcoyote will take immediate and severe action against any user who violates these Child Safety Standards. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account Termination: Immediate and permanent suspension or termination of user accounts involved in CSAE-related activities.
  • Content Removal: Immediate removal of any content that violates these standards.
  • Legal Cooperation: Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and reporting to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant organizations.

Feedcoyote is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users, especially children. We continuously work to improve our safety measures, including content moderation, user reporting systems, and cooperation with child safety organizations. We regularly review and update these standards to ensure they remain effective in protecting children and preventing CSAE.
